TPCL occupies 667sq ft. on the first floor of the Center for Health Sciences. This includes 175 sq. ft. of space for VM/DP Services. TPCL equipment includes an Ariol SL-50 high throughput scanning system (fluorescence, brightfield, image analysis), Aperio XT high throughput scanning system (brightfield, web enabled), Metamorph Image Analysis System including an Olympus BX50 microscope with automated stage, Lab Vision Autostainer 720 (immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization), Arcturus PixCell IIe laser capture microdissection system, two Revco ULT II Fischer -80 freezers, one Revco -80C chest freezer, Microm HM 550 Cryostat, Leica RM 2135, Microm HM 355S, two Shandon Tissue Processor Hypercenter XPs and an Olympus BX41 microscope.
