Key Personnel:

Xinmin Li, PhD, CLSp(MB). Director of the Clinical Microarray Core. Dr. Li earned his PhD in molecular genetics and an MS in statistical genetics. He has extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in microarray technologies and data analysis with over 9-year experience in directing microarray core facilities at the University of Chicago and the VA Medical Center & Loma Linda University. He has served on the NIH Center for Scientific Review Special Emphasis Panel and has 53 peer-reviewed genomics publications since 2001.

Jamie Zhou, MS, CLSp(MB). Jamie got his BS in Molecular Biology and an MS in Computer Science. His expertise is in the areas of high-throughput expression array hybridization, SNP genotyping and data management. He was in charge of SNP genotyping, miRNA hybridization, QRT-PCR and data management at Functional Genomics Facility, the University of Chicago. He brought in 7years hands-on experience in a high-throughput microarray core facility.

Yuan Xue, Ph.D. Yuan received her BS in Clinical Medicine, MS and PhD in Biochemistry. She has extensive experience in a wide range of molecular biology techniques. She has gained 3-year hands-on experience in microarray technology before she joined UCLA Clinical Microarray Core.
