The Clinical Microarray Core (CMC) is a high-throughput genomic facility with a focus of complex genetic testing for the characterization of widely prevalent diseases. CMC offers Affymetrix GeneChip-based molecular diagnostic, prognostic, and other personalized testing by gene expression profiling, high-throughput genotyping, copy number variation assay and other genetic analyses. A team of qualified personnel with more than 7 years experience in Affymetrix GeneChip technology experience process samples and analyze data, ensuring the highest quality results with quick turn-over time. CMC also performs translational research and clinical trials and provides training courses for physicians and other qualified clients.
