Dr. Said is an internationally recognized expert in Hematopathology and Immunopathology and is the author of 152 research articles and 24 Reviews and Chapters in this field.

Dr. Said completed a research fellowship in Hematopathology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and at the Harvard Medical School. He has held academic positions at Harvard Medical School and at Geffen-UCLA where he is currently Director of Anatomic Pathology.

Dr. Said brings a wealth of experience to UCLA in the evaluation of lymph nodes and bone marrow and performs consultations on an international basis. He has delivered lectures, chaired symposia, and been the keynote speaker at the most prestigious hematopathology meetings in the U.S. and abroad.
